GENERAL CORRECTIONS

1. Apply The Power Of Testimony.
   
Testify of the glorious things God does in your life, dreams, visions, trances, etc. By so doing, you magnify and consolidate the blessings and goodness of the Lord. Thereby, you make manifest the kingdom of God. Then, God will surprise you with greater things of life.


2. Examine Songs And Approve The Right Ones.
   
Often, people sing songs that are meaningless and contradictory. Below is an example,

Odighi onye yiri Ya
Odighi onye yiri Ya
Odighi onye yiri Chineke nke eligwe
Odighi onye aga eji wee maatu
si n’o bu ya yiri Ya.

There is none like Him
There is none like Him
There is none like God of Heaven
There is none that can compare with Him
as being like Him

The above song is invalid because of the following:
• The Holy Trinity is not only the likeness of God, but exactly Himselves!
• The Angels are children of God. A child or a son means what came from a source and is exactly the same as the source.
• Mankind are children of God (His image and likeness).



3. Children Of God Should Not Say, “Holy Ghost”.
   
A ghost means the spirit of a dead person. We should rather say, “Holy Spirit.”


4. Likewise, We Should Not Say “Holy Ghost Fire.”
   
We should say “Holy Spirit Fire” or “Fire of the Holy Spirit”. For a while, It may seem hard to say, but with practice we eventually find it convenient and proper.


5. God Is Omnipotent, But All Powers Do Not Belong To God.
   
We do say “All powers belong to God”. Almighty Father has said it that all powers do not belong to Him. Rather, it is the power of the Holy Spirit that belongs to God. The powers of darkness, idols, occultism, witches, mermaid, etc do not belong to God.


6. Who Are The saints?
   
The saints are the living people of God. Study the encounter of Elijah with God.


7. What Are The Churches Like?
   
They are like school and classrooms with students at difference stages of learning and maturity. They are like schools where people learn about God. The world is God’s own school for His children.


8. Jesus Is Not The Only Son Of God.
   
Every child of God is His son/daughter, while Jesus is the First Son.


9. Spirit Of God Is Not Different From God.
   
People often say that Spirit of God said this or did that. People say this as if the Spirit of God is different (separate) from God. It is the Spirit of God that is God. Therefore, people should say God (Yahweh) said this or did that. Similarly, some people claim that John the Baptist came in the spirit of Elijah, but that he is not Elijah. That is false! It is the spirit of Elijah that is Elijah. “It is the spirit that gives life; the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63


10. Avoid Invoking Deadly Spirits.
    
It is not good to organize violent and deadly films. Video film supposes to be a thing of joy, play and relaxation. And you people that watch violent and deadly spirits, beware of the implications on yourselves and the society.


11. Avoid Cruelty To Animals.
    
All things are expressions of God. Each is a unique manifestation of God. Therefore, avoid cruelty to animals and plants. It is cruelty when you kill, main or destroy for no just cause, or when you do so out of wickedness. Rescue animals in danger. Allow straying animals to go free.
